All the main items that you would await from a buffet style breakfast were readily available and was restocked on a regular basis. All the staff were exceptional in their help and assistance, providing an excellent choice of freshly made coffees or teas. The location was exactly what we were hoping for with easy access to Metro & bus routes, the area has an superior choice of restaurants and eating establishments to suit all tastes and budgets The hotel is of a miniature boutique style which is exactly what we prefer and like, this is definitely one of the best we have found with all the minuscule extras that build the stay distinct, the staff are so friendly , helpful and watchful , recommendations were given for eating out which was appreciated. We had a room with balcony which was very well serviced and had all the features you would expect, a wonderful bathroom and good air conditioning ( it was in the slow 20's to 30 degrees when we were there). Calling after 11pm for some information and assistance wasn't the best but during the night they are. I really disliked the parking situation. You can only pay for valley and it's $30/night. But if you find street parking then it's cheaper or free. Or general underground parking is cheaper.
