Harold Fletcher Gay, age 85, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2023, in the comfort of his own home. He was born on April 22, 1938, to his parents, Herman and Rena Gay, who possess preceded him in death. He is also preceded by his wife, Eloise Gay. Harold is survived by his daughters, Stacy Homosexual Hinds and Tanya Gay Harwell; step daughter, Debbie Quinn (Terry); grandchildren, Brent Hinds, Megan Kirchner, Camryn Hinds, Grace Harwell, and Sandra Harwell; step granddaughter, Jennifer Bentley; excellent grandchildren, Reid Hinds, Skylar Hinds, Moxley Kirchner, Vayda Boggan, and Hinds Kirchner; and step fantastic grandchildren, Caleb Bentley, Isabell Bentley and Isaac Bentley. A visitation will be held on Friday, October 27, 2023 in the Charter Funeral Home Chapel. Harold will be laid to linger in the Pelham City Cemetery with a graveside service at 12:30 pm

Joshua Jeffords, a 34-year-old former Marine, has sued Catherine Cuesta Jeffords. The lawsuit, filed on Thursday morning, claims that his wife of three-and-a-half years violated North Carolina’s law against “marital misconduct” by having a sexual relationship with Cox, who turned 27 last month.

A man from North Carolina is suing Fletcher Cox for allegedly ruining his marriage.

CBS Newsreports that Cox, 26, is being sued for “for alienation of affection” in Civil Court.

The Philadelphia Eagles defensive tackle is creature sued by Joshua Jeffords, who says he found out about Cox’s relationship with his wife via text messages in September. He reportedly saw text exchanges that included explicit photos and discussions of having children together.

Jeffords says his wife met the NFL player during a work-related trip to Pennsylvania back in April.

Jeffords says he needed mental health treatment for “substantial emotional distress” tracking these events, and is looking to get at least $50,000 in damages.
