Gay pride denver 2024
Denver PrideFest features a two-day festival that draws visitors from throughout the express of Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. Estimated attendance in 2023 was upwards of 550,000 people! The weekend kicks off with the Pride 5K on Saturday, June 22, 2024, followed by the two-day Denver PrideFest at Civic Center Park. The Fest includes over 250 exhibitors, 30 food & beverage vendors, and live performances all weekend long. Sunday begins at 9:30 am with colorful floats, marchers, melody, and much more at the annual Coors Light Denver Pride Parade. Over 100,000 cheering guests will line 14 blocks of Colfax Avenue from Cheesman Park to Civic Center, where the celebrations continue on day two of Denver PrideFest.

This milestone event, themed “50 Years of Pride,” promises to be a vibrant and unifying gathering for communities across Colorado and the Rocky Mountain region. Established for its colorful parades, energetic performances, and diverse exhibitors, Denver Pride 2024 is expected to draw even larger crowds than the estimated 550,000 attendees in 2023. As we honor five decades of progress, unity, and inclusivity, this year’s festival will not only celebrate the affluent history of Denver Pride but also introduce new sustainability initiatives and back for local Gay entrepreneurs. Join us at Civic Center Park for a weekend filled with pride, joy, and a renewed dedication to fostering acceptance and diversity.

Colorado Pride 2025
One Colorado will be attending over 12 Pride events across the state this summer with even more on the calendar for this coming fall. From the Eastern Plains, through the Front Range, and to the Western Slope, we’re traveling far and wide to connect with LGBTQIA+ Coloradans and their families!
At each stop, we’ll be sharing what we’ve been up to from health equity and safe schools to voter engagement and transsexual rights. We also wish to hear from you! Your stories, your needs, and your voices facilitate shape the work we do every day.
But let’s also remember that Celebration began as a riot, a powerful act of resistance led by transgender women of color, fighting back against police brutality and demanding dignity and justice. Pride is a celebration, of course, but it’s also a notify to action!
